Classic cabbage rolls are delicious but fiddly — these lazy cabbage rolls give you the same cozy flavor with none of the wrapping. Juicy pork-beef mince, shredded cabbage, and rice are shaped into tender patties and baked in a creamy sour cream–tomato sauce.
