Ingredients
- 300 g (10 oz) frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 200 g (3/4 cup) heavy cream (33% fat)
- 50 g (3 tbsp) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth, then freeze for 4 hours and enjoy.
- Use very ripe, sweet bananas if you can find them — then you can skip the condensed milk for a no-added-sugar version.
Tips
- Freeze the bananas and strawberries in a single layer on a tray first, so they blend without icy lumps.
- For the creamiest texture, let the frozen fruit sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.
- Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container with parchment pressed on the surface to prevent ice crystals. For another fruity no-bake treat, try the No-Bake Chocolate Banana Cottage Cheese Dessert.
