These salmon cream cheese tartlets are the no-cook party appetizer you will make on repeat. Crisp tartlet shells, cool cucumber and silky cream cheese meet ribbons of lightly salted salmon — elegant enough for a holiday table, easy enough for a weeknight. They come together in about 15 minutes with zero baking.

Ingredients
- Lightly salted salmon
- Cream cheese (e.g. with tomatoes and Italian herbs)
- Cucumber
- Tartlet shells
Instructions
- Dice the salmon or slice it thin and shape it into roses; dice the cucumber finely.
- Fill each tartlet shell with about one third cucumber, salmon, and cream cheese.
Tips
- Chill the tartlet shells and cream cheese before filling so the tartlets stay crisp and hold their shape on the platter. Shape the salmon into roses just before serving for the prettiest presentation.
- Pat the diced cucumber dry with a paper towel so the filling does not water out, and fill the shells no more than an hour or two ahead — for a crowd, assemble a double batch and keep the rest chilled.
