Cool, creamy, and coconut-kissed, these overnight oats taste just like the beloved Raffaello treat — only lighter and far easier. Prep them the night before, and wake up to a jar of sweet, nutty, make-ahead breakfast bliss.

Ingredients
- 350-400 g (1 1/2-1 3/4 cups) soft cottage cheese
- Sweetener, to taste (or 4 tbsp sugar-free condensed milk)
- 40-50 g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
- 100 ml (about 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) almond milk (or regular)
- For the filling: 20 g toasted almonds
- 20 g coconut flakes
- 20 g condensed milk
Instructions
- Blend the oats, milk, cottage cheese, and condensed milk for the base.
- Layer base and filling in jars.
- Chill at least 2 hours to soak. In the morning just open the jar — breakfast is ready!

Tips
- Use soft, smooth cottage cheese so the base blends silky rather than grainy.
- Chill overnight if you can — the oats soften fully and the coconut flavor deepens.
- Top with extra coconut flakes and a whole almond just before serving; for more overnight oats ideas, see the guides at Allrecipes and Serious Eats.
