These soft, wholesome oat muffins are the kind of breakfast that makes busy mornings feel easy. Sweetened with just a touch of honey and studded with juicy berries, they bake up tender in only 15 minutes — perfect for grabbing on the way out the door or tucking into a lunchbox.

Ingredients
- 150 g rolled oats
- 180 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1–2 tsp honey
- Berries or other filling to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into muffin molds, adding berries if you like.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Tips
- Blend the batter just until smooth — over-blending can make the muffins dense.
- Add the berries after pouring the batter so they stay evenly scattered instead of sinking.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before lifting them out so they hold their shape.
