Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillet
- Lavash flatbread
- For the salad: napa cabbage, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, sour cream
- Korean-style carrots
- For the sauce: mayonnaise, ketchup, a little BBQ sauce and mustard
- For the marinade: olive oil, smoked paprika, mixed peppers, chicken seasoning
Instructions
- Slice the chicken lengthwise into thin cutlets. Marinate in olive oil and spices for 1 hour.
- For the salad, chop the napa cabbage, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Toss with sour cream and salt.
- Sear the chicken over high heat until golden and cooked through, then slice.
- Spread the lavash with sauce, layer on the chicken, salad, and Korean carrots. Roll up tightly and toast in a dry pan until crisp.
Tips
- Slice the chicken thinly so it marinates evenly and sears quickly without drying out.
- Roll the lavash tightly and toast it seam-side down first, so it stays crisp and holds together.
