These juicy stuffed chicken rolls hide a melty cheese and garlic filling inside tender chicken breasts, baked until golden and finished with a savory soy sauce. High in protein and easy to make ahead, they are perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 200 g (2 cups) suluguni cheese
- 100 g (1/3 cup) cream cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Onion or fresh herbs, chopped
- For the sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Butterfly each fillet, place between plastic wrap with spices, and pound thin.
- For the filling, mix 100 g suluguni with the cream cheese, garlic, and onion.
- Spread filling on each fillet and roll up.
- Whisk the sauce ingredients and pour over the rolls in a baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese a couple of minutes before done.
Tips
Pound the fillets evenly so they roll neatly and cook through at the same rate. Seal the rolls seam-side down and do not overfill, so the cheese stays inside while baking.
