Golden, cheesy and irresistibly snackable, these crab stick and cheese fritters come together in minutes and disappear just as fast. Finely chopped crab sticks, grated cheese, eggs and sour cream are pan-fried into crisp little patties that are soft inside and golden outside. Serve them hot with your favorite dip for a quick lunch, appetizer or easy weeknight bite.

Ingredients
- 250 g (9 oz) crab sticks, finely chopped
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 100 g (1/3 cup) sour cream
- 50 g (1/3 cup) flour
- Salt, pepper and favorite seasonings
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the crab sticks and grated cheese in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and sour cream; mix well.
- Stir in the flour, salt, pepper and seasonings.
- Heat an oiled skillet, spoon 1-1.5 tablespoons per fritter, flatten and cook on low until golden on both sides.
Tips
- Cook on low heat so the cheese melts and the fritters turn golden without burning, and drain briefly on paper towels before serving.
