- 30 g (2 tbsp) sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk, room temperature
- 1 apple
- 1/2 orange
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients, pour in the milk, and whisk smooth.
- Zest half the orange into the batter and squeeze in 3 tbsp of juice. The batter should be like thick pancake batter.
- Peel and finely dice the apple and fold in.
- Cook on medium heat in a non-stick skillet without oil.
Tips
- Use room-temperature milk so the batter stays smooth and the pancakes rise evenly.
- Keep the heat at medium and wait for bubbles before flipping, so the pancakes turn golden without burning.
