Tips
Use slightly stale bread so the toasts stay crisp under the creamy topping. For a sweet baked toast variation, try these baked yogurt toasts with berries, and for another savory breakfast, see these baked veggie egg nests. For more breakfast inspiration, visit Allrecipes.
Do not overload the bread, or the topping will slide off while baking. Serve hot, straight from the oven, when the cheese is at its meltiest.
