Healthy Bird’s Milk Chocolate Candies

Recipe infographic: Healthy Bird's Milk Chocolate Candies — ingredients and step-by-step visual guide

These light, fluffy candies taste like a classic childhood treat, only lighter and made with Greek yogurt and sugar-free chocolate. They are soft, creamy, and beautifully set, with a thin chocolate shell that snaps gently as you bite in. If you love light desserts, try our Blender Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Cups too.

Ingredients

  • For the souffle: 70 g (about 2) egg whites
  • Sweetener, to taste
  • 10 g gelatin + 30 g water
  • 250 g (1 cup) Greek yogurt
  • For the glaze: 50 g (1.7 oz) sugar-free milk chocolate
  • 10 g (2 tsp) vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. All ingredients at room temperature. Soak the gelatin in water, then melt in short microwave bursts without boiling.
  2. Whip the whites, gradually adding sweetener; when soft peaks form, pour in the gelatin and whip 1 minute more. Gently fold into the yogurt.
  3. Spread in a mold and chill 2-3 hours. Freeze 40 minutes before unmolding so the edges release (do not freeze solid).
  4. Melt the chocolate with the oil and dip each candy. Enjoy!

Tips

Keep every ingredient at room temperature so the souffle sets smoothly and evenly. Do not freeze the candies solid; a short chill is enough for clean, neat edges.
