Ingredients

  • 150 g (5 oz) dry durum pasta
  • 140 g (5 oz) canned tuna in water
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) mini mozzarella
  • 40 g (1.5 oz) light cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper

  2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes.

Tips

  • Drain the tuna well so the bake stays rich and cheesy rather than watery.
  • For a golden top, finish under the grill for a couple of minutes and watch it closely.
  • Serve with a crisp green salad, and try the Roasted Vegetable Pasta with Feta for another easy pasta night.
