With just three ingredients, this baked apple yogurt dessert is proof that simple can be spectacular. Diced apples folded into whisked eggs and creamy Greek yogurt bake into a lightly golden, custardy treat that is naturally sweet and wonderfully light. It is perfect for a healthy dessert, an afternoon snack, or even a wholesome breakfast — much like our Fluffy Apple Pancakes with Yogurt and Chia.

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 140 g (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
How to make it
- Wash the apples, remove the cores, and dice.
- In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs with the Greek yogurt until uniform.
- Fold in the diced apples and stir gently.
- Transfer to a small parchment-lined baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 30-35 minutes, until set with a light golden top.
- Let cool slightly so it firms up and holds its shape.
- Slice and serve.
Tips
- Use firm, sweet-tart apples — they hold their shape in the oven and balance the tang of the yogurt.
- Line the dish with parchment and leave some overhang; it makes lifting out clean slices effortless.
- Do not skip the resting time — the dessert firms up as it cools, so slicing too early will make it fall apart.
