Ingredients
- 600 g (1.3 lb) chicken fillet
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp flour
- Fresh herbs
- 0.5 onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dry garlic
- Paprika
- Chicken or meat seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the chicken fillet finely with a knife and place in a deep bowl.
- Blend the herbs and onion and add to the chicken, along with the egg, paprika, dry garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the flour until uniform.
- Form patties and fry until golden. Once browned on one side, flip, fry briefly, and add a splash of water.
- Cover and cook until done – the patties turn out very juicy.
Tips
- Chop the chicken by hand rather than mincing it, so the patties stay textured and juicy.
- Do not skip the splash of water and the covered finish — it steams the patties through and keeps them moist.
