Ingredients
- 200 g (1 1/2 cups) strawberries
- 1 banana
- 220 ml (3/4 cup) drinkable yogurt
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- Sweetener or sugar to taste
- 25-30 g (3 tbsp) gelatin
- 100-120 ml (1/2 cup) water
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin in water for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Slice the banana and strawberries (or any berries/fruit).
- Melt the gelatin in the microwave or over a water bath.
- Whisk the yogurt with the sour cream and sweetener; stream in the gelatin while whisking.
- Fold in the fruit and pour into a silicone mold (or a plastic-lined mold).
- Chill at least 2 hours. Unmold and optionally drizzle with melted chocolate.
Tips
- Let the melted gelatin cool slightly before whisking it in, so the yogurt stays smooth and does not set in lumps.
- Line the mold well or use silicone for a clean, easy release after chilling.
