These baked syrniki are soft, golden cottage cheese cakes with a creamy berry center — no frying needed. A spoonful of yogurt-cheese filling and fresh berries makes each one feel like a special breakfast treat. They are light, protein-rich, and easy to bake in one batch.

Ingredients
For the filling, you will need soft cottage cheese mixed with Greek yogurt, sugar, and fresh berries.
- 500 g cottage cheese (5%)
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 g soft cottage cheese mixed with Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Fresh berries
Instructions
- Mix the cottage cheese with the egg, sugar, and flour. Form flat cakes and press a small well in the center with a glass.
- For the filling, mix the soft cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar to taste.
- Spoon the filling into the wells and top with berries.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
Tips
- Use well-drained cottage cheese so the cakes hold their shape.
- Press the wells gently — too deep and the filling may leak.
- Let the syrniki cool slightly so the filling sets before serving.
