These quick pasta nests are stuffed with seasoned ground chicken, simmered in one pan, and finished with a blanket of melted cheese. It is the kind of cozy, fuss-free dinner that belongs next to the Chicken Patties with Tomato and Cheese. For another easy chicken night, try the Turkey Meatballs in Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients
- 200-250 g pasta nests
- 150 g ground chicken
- 3 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- salt and spices to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the pasta nests in a deep pan.
- Fill each nest with ground chicken mixed with tomato paste, sour cream, salt, and spices.
- Pour in water up to the level of the nests.
- Cook covered over medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese, cover, and cook 10 more minutes until melted.
Tips
- Do not overfill the nests — the chicken needs room to cook through and the pasta to swell.
- Add the cheese only at the end so it melts into a gooey topping instead of sticking to the pan.
