Ingredients
- 800 g (1.75 lb) chicken wings
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 70 g (1/2 cup) flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Olive oil for brushing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the wings with paprika, dried garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the flour and baking powder; toss again to coat evenly.
- Arrange on a rack set over a baking sheet (to catch drips) and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
- Brush with olive oil, flip, and bake 15–20 more minutes until crisp and golden.
Tips
- Pat the wings very dry before seasoning for maximum crispness.
- Use a wire rack so hot air circulates all around the wings.
- Let the wings rest for 5 minutes after baking so the coating sets.
