These frozen banana chocolate bites are the cool, creamy treat you will reach for on warm days. Ripe banana, cocoa and a hint of peanut butter blend into silky bites that set in the freezer in just two hours. They are naturally sweet, no-bake and perfect for a light dessert or an after-school snack.

Ingredients
- 1-1.5 medium bananas
- 50 g (3 tbsp) coconut oil
- Honey or sweetener, to taste
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend everything until smooth and pour into silicone molds (makes about 3).
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Dust with cocoa before serving.
Tips
- Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor, so you can use less honey. If you love banana desserts, try the Light Banana Chocolate Mug Cake and the Sugar-Free Banana Date Candies, and browse Allrecipes for more no-bake dessert ideas.
- Lightly oil the silicone molds so the frozen bites pop out cleanly.
- Keep the bites in a sealed container in the freezer and dust with cocoa just before serving.
