This healthy mug cheesecake is a creamy, single-serving treat that tastes like dessert but keeps things light. Cream cheese and Greek yogurt bake into a soft, rich cheesecake with a pretty cocoa swirl on top. If you love mug desserts, try our Microwave Mug Cheesecake and Lazy Cottage Cheese Cheesecake next.

Ingredients
- 100 g (1/2 cup) light cream cheese
- 170 g (2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- Sweetener, to taste
- 10 g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
- 1 g cocoa (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, egg, sweetener, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour into a ceramic mug; reserve 1 tbsp of the mixture, stir in the cocoa, spoon over the top, and swirl a pattern.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 20 minutes.
- Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake inside 15 more minutes.
- Cool to room temperature before serving (an hour in the fridge makes it even better).
Tips
- Use a wide, oven-safe ceramic mug so the cheesecake sets evenly.
- Do not overbake; a slight wobble in the center is perfect, as it firms up while cooling.
