Slow-baked until fall-off-the-bone tender, then brushed with a sticky honey, soy and orange glaze, these oven ribs are pure comfort food. The low-and-slow bake keeps the pork juicy, while a final blast of heat caramelizes the glaze into a glossy, finger-licking finish.

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) pork ribs
- 70 g (1/4 cup) honey
- 70 ml (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Bake the ribs at 130°C (270°F) for 2 hours.
- Brush generously with the honey-soy-orange glaze and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 more minutes until caramelized.
Tips
- Cover the ribs loosely with foil for the slow bake to keep them moist, then uncover for the glazing stage.
- Brush on the glaze in two layers for an extra-sticky, deeply caramelized coating.
- Rest the ribs for 10 minutes before slicing so the juices settle and the glaze sets.
