Ingredients
- 1 thin lavash (about 100 g)
For the filling:
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml (3 tbsp) milk
- Salt to taste
- 100 g (3.5 oz) ham, diced
- 100 g (1 cup) cheese (suluguni or mozzarella), grated
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 sweet pepper, diced
- Fresh parsley
- 8 g melted butter for brushing and frying
Instructions
- Brush a cold skillet with butter. Lay in the lavash, pour in the beaten egg-milk mixture with ham, cheese, tomato, pepper, and parsley. Fold the edges over.
- Cook covered over low heat, 5-7 minutes per side, until golden. Brush the finished pie with butter.
Tips
- Keep the heat low so the egg sets gently and the lavash turns golden without burning.
- Press the folded edges down lightly and flip carefully with a wide spatula or a plate.
