Ingredients
- 500 g turkey fillet (chicken works too)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 80 g hard cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 sweet pepper, diced
- 100 g broccoli
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Dice the meat into 0.5–1 cm cubes. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 3 minutes, then chop finely.
- Combine with the diced pepper, egg, grated cheese, and remaining ingredients.
- Rest the mixture 10–15 minutes.
- Spoon into a hot oiled skillet and fry on both sides — do not touch for the first 2–3 minutes so the crust sets.
Tips
- Do not move the cutlets for the first 2–3 minutes in the pan — that is how the golden crust sets.
- Use medium heat so the cheese melts without burning and the inside stays juicy.
- Swap the turkey for chicken fillet and the sour cream for Greek yogurt — both work beautifully.
