This ham and egg crepe wrap is warm, cheesy and ready in minutes — a handheld breakfast that feels like a treat but comes together with almost no effort. It is as quick as our Savory Egg and Green Onion Muffins and just as satisfying as our Cheesy Lavash Rolls. Fold it up, melt the cheese, and enjoy it hot — for more breakfast ideas, browse the recipes on Serious Eats.
