Ingredients
- 350 ml (1 1/2 cups) skim milk (0.05%)
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 12 g (1 tbsp) gelatin
- 170 g (6 oz) soft low-fat cottage cheese (0.1%)
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin in a little of the milk until it blooms.
- Warm the remaining milk gently (do not boil) and dissolve the gelatin in it.
- Blend with the protein powder and cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours until set.
Tips
- Bloom the gelatin fully in cold milk before warming — undissolved granules make the texture grainy.
- Never let the milk boil; gentle heat keeps the gelatin’s setting power intact.
- Blend until completely smooth and strain the mixture for a silkier set.
