Creamy high-protein milk jelly dessert served in a glass with a spoon

Ingredients

  • 350 ml (1 1/2 cups) skim milk (0.05%)
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 12 g (1 tbsp) gelatin
  • 170 g (6 oz) soft low-fat cottage cheese (0.1%)

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin in a little of the milk until it blooms.
  2. Warm the remaining milk gently (do not boil) and dissolve the gelatin in it.
  3. Blend with the protein powder and cottage cheese until completely smooth.
  4. Pour into molds and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours until set.

Tips

  • Bloom the gelatin fully in cold milk before warming — undissolved granules make the texture grainy.
  • Never let the milk boil; gentle heat keeps the gelatin’s setting power intact.
  • Blend until completely smooth and strain the mixture for a silkier set.
