These cheese-stuffed chicken nuggets are golden, crispy outside and gloriously melty inside — the kind of weeknight dinner kids and adults both reach for first. Like our Juicy Chicken Cutlets with Butter, they start with simple seasoned chicken and turn into something irresistible in the pan.

Ingredients
- 500 g (1.1 lb) ground chicken
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper mix
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 150 g (1 1/2 cups) cheese, cubed
- For breading: 100 g (3/4 cup) flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 200 g (2 cups) breadcrumbs
- Sunflower oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the flour or breadcrumbs with a little salt and spices for extra flavor. Thigh meat makes juicier nuggets, but breast works too.
- Press cheese cubes into the mince, shape into nuggets, and chill briefly in the freezer to make breading easier.
- Bread each nugget: flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden.
Tips
- Keep the oil hot but not smoking, and fry in small batches so the coating stays crisp and the cheese melts evenly.
- For a lighter finish, drain the nuggets on paper towels and serve with a fresh salad. Chicken-cooking guidance is available at USDA.
- Serve with your favorite dip and our Chicken Fried Rice with Vegetables for a complete family dinner.
