These crispy chicken triangles are the kind of snack that disappears from the plate in minutes. Juicy seasoned chicken, fresh dill, and garlic get folded into golden, crunchy tortilla pockets fried to perfection. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce — they also make a fantastic easy weeknight dinner alongside a simple salad like our Fitness Layered Chicken Salad.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- Large flour tortillas
- 2 eggs, beaten
How to make it
- Dice the chicken fillets and fry until fully cooked.
- Season with salt and smoked paprika; stir and cool slightly.
- Finely chop the dill and mince the garlic.
- Combine the chicken with the dill, garlic, mayonnaise, and ketchup; mix thoroughly.
- Cut the tortillas into strips (or pieces sized for triangles).
- Place filling at the edge of each strip and fold into a tight triangle.
- Dip each triangle in beaten egg.
- Fry on both sides until golden.
- Serve hot.
Tips
- Fold the triangles tightly and press the edges so the filling does not escape while frying.
- Let the chicken filling cool slightly before folding — hot filling can make the tortillas soggy.
- Keep the oil at medium heat so the tortillas turn golden and crisp without burning before the egg coating sets.
