Skillet Chocolate Brownie with Cocoa Glaze

Recipe infographic: Skillet Chocolate Brownie with Cocoa Glaze — ingredients and step-by-step visual guide

This skillet chocolate brownie is warm, fudgy and gloriously simple: one pan, a thick cocoa batter and a glossy cocoa glaze poured over the top. It is lighter than a classic brownie yet still rich, with a soft center and a spoonable, almost pudding-like edge. Serve it straight from the skillet for a dessert that feels special with almost no fuss.
