These homemade Milky Way-style chocolate souffle bars are light, creamy and impossibly tempting — a fluffy chocolate center wrapped in a thin, snappy chocolate glaze. They are a no-bake treat that looks like a candy bar but feels wonderfully fresh and light. For another chocolate souffle treat, try our Chocolate Souffle Bars with Glaze.

Ingredients
For the filling:
- 200 ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) light cream (10% fat)
- 50 g (1.75 oz) dark chocolate
- 10 g (1 tbsp) gelatin
- 20 ml (4 tsp) cold water
- Sweetener to taste
For the glaze:
- 50 g (1.75 oz) dark chocolate
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in the cold water. Heat the cream to a boil, remove from the heat, add the chocolate pieces, and stir until melted. Stir in the bloomed gelatin (and sweetener, if using) until fully dissolved.
- Pour into molds or one large pan; refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- Unmold and cut into bars.
- Melt the glazing chocolate and dip each bar to coat.
- Let the chocolate set, then serve.
Tips
- Chill the bars well before dipping so the glaze sets in a thin, even coat.
- Use a sharp, warm knife to cut clean bars, wiping the blade between cuts.
