Just three ingredients and seven minutes stand between you and a batch of golden sesame cookies. Crisp, nutty and naturally sweetened with honey, these gluten-free bites are dangerously easy to make. Fans of simple bakes will also love our Sesame Banana Almond Cookies and Protein Oat Cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150 g (1 cup) sesame seeds
Instructions
- Stir the egg white with the honey until smooth. If the honey is not runny, warm it slightly first. Add the sesame seeds and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into cookies. Make them a little thick so they do not stick to the parchment.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 7 minutes until lightly golden.
Tips
- Make the cookies a little thick so they do not stick to the parchment.
- If the honey is not runny, warm it slightly before mixing — it blends much more easily.
- Watch the cookies closely in the last minute: sesame goes from golden to burnt fast — more cookie science lives at Serious Eats.
